Historic Properties
Working with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, this course provides education on all aspects of the special nature of buying, selling, and owning historic properties. The real estate professional will learn about architectural styles and period details, historic preservation regulations, tax incentives, and the standards of maintenance for historic properties. Course participants will receive a certification, a six-month membership in the National Trust for Historic Preservation and will be permitted to use the National Trust logo on personal marketing materials.
The Previews and International Collection
The International Collection course is tailored for the agent who specializes in the luxury market. This course focuses on the major architectural styles, the use of upscale and global marketing techniques, and the unique features of the program. Some of the benefits of the International Collection Specialist certification identifies you as a professional prepared to work with upscale luxury properties. One of the many benefits include discretionary use of the crest and logo for personal marketing pieces, an International Collections' marketing portfolio, and your personal profile included on the special portion.
Certified New Home Specialist Training
This course is recognized as the very best of its kind and is praised by real estate brokers and associates. The course offers 20 hours of training for the new home sales specialist on topics important to the success in working with the builder/developer in any capacity. Areas covered include broker/builder relations, residential construction methods, materials and terminology, contracts, market research and creative marketing concepts, closing techniques, quality customer service skills, understanding site plans and topography, interpreting blueprints, scales and symbols and much more. Successful completion of the course earns the internationally recognized Certified New Home Specialist designation.
Relocation Training
In-house training prepares agents to work with the highly specialized needs of transferees moving into and out of the marketplace. Participants will learn how employee relocation works, the third-party process, how to handle group moves, how to perform attentive buyer/seller needs assessments, the how-to's of area orientation, reducing stress for the transferees and much more.
Technology Training
Basic, intermediate and advanced computer skills training programs are provided for sales associates online and on site.
